Direct access to the bio-specimen catalogue.
The bio-specimen catalogue contains summary data on the specimens that are available for research. It allows for discovery of suitable cohorts and samples for research, by offering an easy way to search for samples on the most common criteria, like tissue type, anatomic source, participant age, gender, etc.
The catalogue offers different levels of access based on user or group based privileges to allow access to counts or row-level data
Biospecimen data is captured and placed in the catalogue conforming to the CBM-NL information model. The catalogue is created via MOLGENIS and shares a common code base with catalogues developed for BBMRI, DNTP, BioMedBridges, BioSHARE and LifeLines.
