Users of TraIT tools are supported by the TraIT service desk. If you have any questions regarding TraIT or any of the tools, please contact us.

To start using a TraIT tool, please follow the steps described in the specific tool section, or the general steps found here.

The service desk functions from 9:00 until 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
